Shingle Springs, CA
A coached gym a short drive from Shingle Springs
Coached classes for every level, right off Highway 50 in El Dorado Hills. Your first class is free.
If you live in Shingle Springs, there's a good chance Highway 50 is already part of your day. EDHFIT sits just off it in El Dorado Hills: head west on 50, take the Latrobe Road exit, and drive south toward White Rock Road into the El Dorado Hills Business Park. We're at 4970 Robert J Mathews Pkwy, STE 120, directly across from Blackstone, with free parking out front.
What you get for the drive is coaching. Every session at EDHFIT is led by a coach who explains the workout, scales it to you and watches your reps, so you're never left guessing what to do with the equipment.
Why members make the drive
- Coaching you can't get from an app. A coach in the room every class, adjusting weights and movements so the workout fits your body, your history and your day.
- It's on the way. If you commute down 50 toward Folsom or Sacramento, the gym is right by the Latrobe Road exit, so you can train before work or on the drive home without doubling back.
- 24/7 access for members. Living further out means some days won't match the class schedule. A keypad code lets you train whenever you get here. See 24-hour member access.
- 13 years of coaching. EDHFIT is veteran-owned and has coached this area since 2013. You're not signing up with a studio that might be gone next year.
Class times that fit a commute down 50

Weekends from Shingle Springs
If weekdays are already full of driving, build your training around the weekend instead. The Saturday 8:00am partner workout is a full coached session with a teammate, and EDH Burn runs on Sunday at 8:00am for running, rowing and engine work. Both fall inside the weekend staffed hour, so a coach is there to greet you. Add one weekday class or a solo session with your 24/7 keypad code, and you have a steady routine without an extra trip down the hill every day.
