A coached gym a short drive from Rescue
Trade the country roads for a coached class in El Dorado Hills, scaled to you. Your first class is free.
Rescue is rural, quiet and beautiful, and EDHFIT is a short drive away in El Dorado Hills. Take Green Valley Road west toward El Dorado Hills, or Deer Valley Road down to Highway 50, then follow Latrobe Road south to the El Dorado Hills Business Park. We're at 4970 Robert J Mathews Pkwy, STE 120, directly across from Blackstone, with free parking right out front.
When you live out in the foothills, a gym has to be worth the drive. Ours is built around one thing: a coach leading every class, scaling the workout to the people in the room, and learning your name.
Why members make the drive
- You get coached, not just let in. A coach explains the workout, demonstrates the movements, picks weights with you and corrects your form. You're never left to figure out the equipment on your own.
- One trip, a lot of training. Each class combines strength and conditioning, so you get a complete workout in one visit instead of stitching one together yourself.
- Train when it suits you. Members have 24/7 keypad access, which matters when a round trip from Rescue only makes sense at certain times of day. More on 24-hour member access.
- A gym that's stuck around. Veteran-owned and coaching El Dorado Hills since 2013, with 5.0 stars across 78 Google reviews.

What to bring on your first visit
Keep it simple: athletic shoes, comfortable clothes you can move in, and a water bottle. We supply everything else, from barbells and kettlebells to rowers and air bikes. There are no showers or childcare on site, so plan to change at home and arrange care before you head out. Arrive a few minutes early so the coach can show you around, learn your goals and ask about anything you're working around. Parking is free and right by the door.
