If you work in El Dorado Hills or Folsom and live in Rancho Cordova, the gym sits right on that commute. And if you live and work in Rancho Cordova, the drive buys you something specific: a coach in every class who scales the workout to you and watches every rep.
Why members make the drive
- Coaching, every class. No screens and no guesswork. A coach explains the workout, gives you options that fit your body today, and corrects your form as you go.
- More than one way to train. Coached strength and conditioning classes six days a week, plus EDH Burn, a dedicated endurance program for running, rowing and race prep.
- 24/7 access. A member keypad code means the gym fits your hours, not the other way around. See 24-hour member access.
- Veteran-owned since 2013. Owner Jeff Prescott Jr. coaches on the floor, and EDHFIT has coached El Dorado Hills for 13 years.
