FROM BEGINNER TO ADVANCED

At El Dorado Hills CrossFit, our diverse programs are the heart and soul of our facility. Each course is designed to deliver the best results possible. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, increase mobility, or improve your overall fitness.

 

On-Ramp

Our On-Ramp program introduces members to the fundamental movements and techniques of CrossFit. It’s not a required course but highly encouraged for those new to training.

CrossFit Group Classes

Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. Every WOD is different so you never get bored and we scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum results every time.

 

Personal Training

In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time for regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. El Dorado Hills CrossFit offers personal training sessions that will help you achieve your ideal body. We’ll develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING CLINICS

Active Olympic Weightlifting clinics are held for athletes interested developing the explosive power, mobility and technical skill to excel in Olympic lifts. With a focused clinic like this, athletes are able to dial in their lifts and accelerate their performance.
