JEFF PRESCOTT JR Owner & Head Coach Jeff is the Owner and Head Coach at El Dorado Hills CrossFit. A former golfer and mixed martial artist, Jeff started CrossFit as a way to get in shape. Once he stopped fighting, he gained a significant amount of weight and didn’t feel mentally or physically fit. "I saw that there was a small CrossFit gym down the street from me and decided to try it out. After one workout, I was instantly hooked and never looked back! CrossFit allowed me to drop the weight and stay competitive." Jeff became so passionate about training that he wanted to help others achieve their goals as well. He became a certified Level 1 and Olympic Weightlifting Coach and has used his skills to make a positive difference in athletes’ lives. He wants your workout to be the best part of your day. Billy is a Coach at El Dorado Hills CrossFit who grew up playing football and basketball. As an adult, he was looking for a fresh start and a new challenge and CrossFit gave him all that and more. He found El Dorado Hills CrossFit, where he became a member and eventually a coach. It was the best decision he’s ever made.

Stacia’s a Coach at El Dorado Hills CrossFit and a former competitive gymnast and swimmer. "I was in my third season of triathlon training when I started CrossFit. I enjoyed it so much that I left triathlons and began focusing on CrossFit full-time. It allowed me to utilize my gymnastics skills on a daily basis."

"As a coach, I’m passionate about teaching people how to move safely. I’m also dedicated to introducing skills they can use in their everyday lives. I believe the principles of CrossFit are applicable both in and outside of the gym."

KATIE WEBB

Katie is a Coach at El Dorado Hills CrossFit who spent her adolescence as a competitive swimmer and gymnast. After high school, she took a long hiatus and didn’t return to athletics until her 30s. "I began doing triathlons and participated in the inaugural Ironman Lake Tahoe in 2013 at the age of 38. I have completed a dozen Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons, 2 half-Ironman races, and a full Ironman distance aqua-bike race. I started CrossFit as a way to build strength during my triathlon training but immediately fell in love with it and quit triathlons altogether."

"I am always seeking knowledge and ways to improve myself. So the other coaches at El Dorado Hills CrossFit encouraged me to get my Level 1 certification. I look forward to continuing my CrossFit training so I can provide more knowledge and life-changing advice."

KATIE BUCKNER

Katie is a Coach at El Dorado Hills CrossFit. For years, she played soccer and softball but didn’t consider herself a definitive athlete until CrossFit. "I started training in my native Ohio and began traveling for work through multiple states. After experiencing different CrossFit gyms, I’ve found that there are multiple ways to learn and teach its methodology. If my coaching can reach and help others, I’m a happy gal." Katie believes CrossFit is an incredible way to get fit and can benefit you in more ways than one.
